25 interesting things the Bible teaches about the end times
Few biblical topics have the capability to get as complicated as the end times. Elaborate theories stringing together vague passages abound. Yet, the Bible speaks with incredible clarity about what we can expect when Jesus returns.
1. In the end, Jesus will deliver the kingdom up to God (1 Cor. 15:24)
2. Jesus’ return will be immediately preceded by a cry of command, the voice of the archangel, and the trumpet of God (1 Thess. 4:16)
3. The dead in Christ will rise first (1 Thess. 4:16)
4. The Christians alive at Jesus’ return will meet him in the air (1 Thess. 4:17)
