Introducing Five Minutes of Faith
We are excited to announce that we’ve got a new podcast coming soon! 5 Minutes of Faith will be a regular podcast of short, edifying discussions between Hiram and Forest (with maybe some guests later down the road). We hope and pray this podcast will be helpful and something worth listening to for our subscribers. The podcast will start off hosted here on Substack, and will (Lord willing) be available anywhere you can find podcasts later.
In the meantime, if there’s a topic you’d love to hear Forest and Hiram discuss in 5 minutes (or 5 minutes at a time 🤷), please share it in the comments below. Who knows, maybe your topic will make it onto the show?
I'd like to hear a presentation on the Holy Spirit. I've been raised in the church and I'm 68 but I still don't understand the Hoky Spirit. We receive it when we're Baptized but what does it provide and what are we supposed to do for it. It's embarrassing that after a lifetime in the church I'm still confused at the Holy Spirit.
This may not be a 5 min topic but I’d love to hear you guys discuss how we can wrestle with sin and still be saved. We’d all love to sin just occasionally, but in reality many Christians struggle with lingering sins that can take long amounts of time to overcome
